	5/1979	Jiangshan Chemical Fertilizer Plant was founded.
	7/1985	Its name was changed to “Jiangshan Chemical Complex”.
	9/1986	Methylamines (MAs) technical transformation project with a capacity of 3500t/y was completed and put into operation with a successful commissioning, and realized the transformation from inorganic chemicals into organic chemicals.
	9/18/1992	DMF technical transformation project with a capacity of 8000t/y began to construct; in December 1993, the project was commissioned; in January 1994, the line produced qualified DMF product; in the same year, the capacity expansion of the MAs production line up to 8000t/y was completed and put into operation.
	5/1995	Methanol production project with a capacity of 10000t/y began to construct, and was successfully commissioned in June 1996.
	12/1996	The first batch of DMF was exported to Korea, which changed China’s history without exporting.
	6/1998	The Company was listed among “little giants” in “five first-batches” key enterprises in Zhejiang Province.
	11/23/1998	Zhejiang Jiangshan Chemical Co., Ltd was founded with an approval from Zhejiang Industrial and Commercial Administration.
	1/11/1999	The technical transformation of the thermal power plant began to construct; No. 1 unit was commissioned on 31st October, which was incorporated in power network and generated electricity on 4th November.
	12/10/2000	No. 2 unit began to construct.
	12/14/2000	Wang Yongming,Vice Governor of Zhejiang Province, visited the Company.
	2/18/2001	Commencement of the chemical-engineering master class was held, which was organized jointly by the Company and Zhejiang University.
	4/4/2001	Li Zemin, Chairman of People’s Congress of Zhejiang Province, visited the Company.
	4/26/2001	Liu Feng, Chairman of Political Consultative Conference of Zhejiang Province, visited the Company.
	6/26/2001	The Company passed IPO tutorial test; on 31st July, obtained approval of IPO tutorial acceptance from special CSRC (China Securities Regulatory Commission) office, which marked periodical results of IPO; on 1st August, IPO documents were sent to CSRC.
	10/1/2001	No. 2 thermal power unit was commissioned and put into operation.
	12/12/2001	Qiao Chuanxiu, an alternate member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and vice general secretary of the Communist Party of Zhejiang Province, visited the Company.
	12/17/2001	The fourth Provisional shareholders convention of 2001 was held, which reviewed and passed the proposal preparing the Several Regulations on the Establishment of Independent Directors, and four independent directors were hired.
	12/2001	DMF was listed as one of 100 knockout products with No.1 market share and competitiveness to be incubated and developed, and the Company was awarded the title of one of 100 knockout products enterprises in Zhejiang Province.
	3/28/2002	The Company initiated the strategic project of corporate culture and management as Building The Future Together.
	5/2002	The Company passed through the ISO9001: site review on 2000 quality system certification, and in July obtained the certificate awarded by Zhejiang Audit Center of CQM (China Quality Mark Certification Committee).
	7/23/2002	The national key transformation project’s chemical storage, the auxiliary project of amines plant, began to construct.
	11/18/2002	National key project and double highs & one excellent directional project, the main part of the transformation project of amines, began to construct.
	11/28/2002	Li Jinming, Secretary of Zhejiang Provincial Committee of CPC and Deputy Secretary of the Disciplinary Inspection Commission, visited the Company.
	3/27/2003	According to joint recommendation and review of nine departments, namely, Provincial, Municipal and County three-level Economic and Trade Commissions, Financial Departments, Labor and Social Security Departments, Environmental Protection Agency, Industrial and Commercial Administration, Quality and Technology Supervisory Bureau, State Administration of Taxation, Local Administration of Taxation, Bank of China, the Company was awarded as one of the first batch Zhejiang Provincial Integrity Model Enterprises.
	7/26/2003	Xi Jinping, Secretary of Zhejiang Provincial Committee of CPC, accompanied by Ba Yinchaolu, Vice governor of Zhejiang Province, etc, visited the Company.
	8/25/2003-8/26/2003	The Company passed through the annual review and the second stage site review organized by Zhejiang Audit Center of China Quality Mark Certification Committee. In November, the Company obtained the ISO14001 certificate.
	10/21/2003	The national key project, the transformation project of the N,N-dimethyl formamide reaction and refining-separation system, was commissioned. On 25th October, the line produced qualified DMA and DMF products.
	11/11/2003	The No. 3 thermal power unit began to construct.
	12/12/2003	The Company was awarded the AA-class of Fulfilling Contract and Keeping Credit Enterprise during 2002-2003 by Zhejiang Industrial and Commercial Administration.
